Early May saw Hot Ginger Chorus in Brisbane for four days representing the Sunshine Coast at the national convention of Sweet Adelines Australia, We sang, competed, listened, watched, learned, caught up with old friends and made new friends and generally had a wonderful time. We sang our unique version of Don't Sit Under the Apple Tree and the traditional Somewhere Over the Rainbow. Next year's convention is in Fremantle and many of our members plan to attend.
